1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@slipnix.com.
- Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
- Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products returned after 30 days
- Items purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
