1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@slipnix.com.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned after 30 days
  • Items purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
