Welcome to SlipNix (the “Site”), operated by SlipNix Safety Solutions Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from SlipNix, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Product Use Disclaimer

SlipNix Anti-Slip products are designed to improve surface traction on certain flooring types. Results may vary depending on application, surface type, and maintenance.

  • Product Coverage:
    • 300 g Gel: 3–5 m²
    • 600 g Gel: 6–10 m²
    • 1 L Liquid Solution: 15–20 m²
  • Application: Apply a thick, even coating for maximum anti-slip effectiveness.
  • Surfaces: Compatible with tile, ceramic, marble, stone, and unsealed concrete. Not recommended for wood, carpet, vinyl, plastic, iron, glass, or fully sealed surfaces.
  • Pre-test on a small, hidden area before full application.
  • SlipNix Safety Solutions Inc. is not responsible for misuse, improper application, or failure to follow instructions.

3. Purchases, Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are in CAD and may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Standard shipping: 5–10 business days in Canada/USA; international times vary.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses and covering shipping costs, including duties/taxes.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 30 days only for unused, unopened, and original packaging items.
  • No returns for opened or used products.
  • Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective/incorrect.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content is owned by SlipNix Safety Solutions Inc. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • SlipNix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the product purchase price.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify SlipNix Safety Solutions Inc. and affiliates from claims arising from product use.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes to Terms

Updates will be posted with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
