2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- We ship using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or similar services.
- Standard delivery within Canada and the U.S. typically takes 5–10 business days after processing.
- International shipping times vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
- SlipNix is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@slipnix.com within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request photos of the package and product to process a replacement or claim with the carrier.
7. International Shipping
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.
- Delays caused by customs are outside of our control.
